Accessing Form Responses
There are several ways to get to the responses for a specific form:-
From Your Dashboard / Forms List:
- Navigate to your main Formora dashboard where all your forms are listed.
- Each form card or list item will typically display a count of its current submissions.
- Look for a “Responses” button, a submission count link, or an icon (e.g., Database or Table) associated with the form. Clicking this will take you directly to its responses view.

The Responses Dashboard / Table View
When you access the responses for a form, you’ll typically be presented with a data table. This table provides a comprehensive overview of all submissions received.- Layout: Each row in the table represents a single submission, and each column generally corresponds to a field in your form.
- Common Columns:
- Submission ID: A unique identifier automatically assigned by Formora to each response.
- Submission Date & Time: The exact date and time the response was received.
- Form Fields: Columns for each of your form fields, displaying the data entered by the user for that field.
- (Potentially) Partial Submissions: If Formora saves partial entries, these might be indicated.
- (Potentially) Status: If your workflow involves marking responses (e.g., “New”, “Read”, “Archived”), a status column might be present.
- (Potentially) User Metadata: Depending on your form settings and Formora’s capabilities, you might see columns for IP address, browser/OS, or geolocation of the submitter (always ensure compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR if collecting such data).

Navigating, Searching, and Filtering Responses
For forms with many submissions, Formora provides tools to help you find and manage your data effectively:Pagination
Pagination
If you have more responses than can fit on a single page, pagination controls (e.g., “Next,” “Previous,” page numbers) will allow you to navigate through different pages of submissions.
Search
Search
A search bar is usually available to quickly find submissions containing specific keywords or phrases across any of the fields.
Filtering
Filtering
Advanced filtering options allow you to narrow down the responses based on specific criteria:
- By Date Range: Show submissions received between specific start and end dates.
- By Field Values: Filter responses where a particular form field contains (or does not contain) a specific value (e.g., show all submissions where “Country” is “Canada” or where “Rating” is “5 Stars”).
- By Status (if applicable): Filter by submission status like “Unread” or “Flagged”.
