The Formora Dashboard - Your Central Hub

Typically, the Formora dashboard features a main sidebar navigation (usually on the left) and a central content area that changes based on your selection. Key navigation items often include:
  • Dashboard/Overview: The main landing page, often showing summary statistics.
  • Forms: Access to list, create, and manage all your forms.
  • Responses: View and manage all data submitted through your forms.
  • Analytics: Dive into detailed performance metrics for your forms.
  • Integrations: Connect Formora to other services.
  • Settings: Manage your account profile, billing, API keys, etc.
  • Help/Documentation: Quick links to support resources.
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll usually find a header with your account avatar/name (for accessing profile/settings) and often a prominent ”+ New Form” or “Create Form” button.

Key Dashboard Sections

Let’s explore the primary areas you’ll interact with:
This is where you spend a lot of time creating and organizing your forms.
  • Forms List: Displays all your created forms, often with columns for name, creation date, number of submissions, and status (published/unpublished).
  • Create New Form: A clear button or link (e.g., ”+ New Form”) to start building a new form from scratch or from a template.
  • Search & Filter: Options to quickly find specific forms by name or filter by status, tags, or other criteria.
  • Quick Actions: For each form in the list, you’ll typically have quick actions like:
    • Edit: Open the form in the Form Builder.
    • View Responses: Go directly to the submissions for that form.
    • Share/Embed: Get the direct link or embed codes.
    • Analytics: View performance data for that specific form.
    • Duplicate: Create a copy of the form.
    • Delete: Remove the form (usually with a confirmation).

Typical Forms List Area in the Dashboard

While detailed responses are viewed per form, the dashboard might offer a consolidated view or quick access:
  • Recent Submissions: A feed or summary of the latest responses across all your forms.
  • All Responses Link: A direct link to a page where you can browse or filter all submissions from all forms. For detailed response management, navigate to a specific form and then to its “Responses” tab. See /en/features/responses/viewing-responses.
The main dashboard page often presents a summary of your overall form activity:
  • Total Forms Created: The number of forms in your account.
  • Total Submissions Received: A count of all responses across all forms.
  • Recent Activity Graph: A chart showing submission trends over the last few days or weeks.
  • Top Performing Forms: A quick look at your most active or highest-converting forms. For in-depth analytics, you’ll visit the dedicated “Analytics” section or view analytics for individual forms. See /en/features/analytics/overview.

Analytics Summary on the Dashboard

A section or link to manage how Formora connects with other applications.
Usually accessed via your profile avatar/name in the top header:
  • Use the Sidebar: The primary method for jumping between major sections.
  • Breadcrumbs: (If available) Look for breadcrumb navigation at the top of content areas to easily go back to previous levels (e.g., Dashboard > Forms > My Contact Form > Settings).
  • Search Functionality: Utilize search bars within specific sections (like the Forms list) to quickly find what you need.

Customizing Your Dashboard

(This section depends on actual Formora features. If no dashboard customization exists, it can be omitted or stated as such.) While the core layout is generally fixed for optimal usability, some platforms offer minor customizations, such as:
  • Hiding or reordering summary widgets on the main overview page.
  • Setting a default landing page after login.
Check your Account Settings or a “Dashboard Preferences” area if such options are available.
The Formora Dashboard is designed to be intuitive. Spend a few minutes clicking around to familiarize yourself with the layout and available options. Most features are just a click or two away!
