Accessing Form Analytics
Formora typically provides a centralized area to view analytics:

The Analytics Dashboard: A First Look
The main analytics dashboard often presents a summary of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides tools to drill down into specific data points.
- Key Summary Statistics: At a glance, you might see totals for views, submissions, and the overall conversion rate for the selected period and form(s).
- Date Range Selector: A crucial component, allowing you to filter all analytics data to a specific timeframe (e.g., Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Custom Range). Free plan users have a 7-day historical data view.

Core Concepts in Form Analytics
Understanding these terms is key to interpreting your form data:
- Views (or Impressions): The total number of times your form has been loaded and displayed to users. In Formora, this metric represents the all-time views for the selected form(s) and is not affected by the date range filter for its total count.
- Submissions: The total number of successfully completed and submitted forms within the selected date range.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of all-time views that resulted in a successful submission within the selected date range. (Calculated as:
(Submissions in Date Range / All-Time Views) * 100%
). This is a primary indicator of form effectiveness over time against its total visibility. - Drop-off Rate: (Conceptual) The percentage of users who start filling out the form but do not complete it. Identifying where drop-offs occur can highlight problematic fields or sections. Currently, Formora does not display a specific drop-off rate metric.
- Average Completion Time: (Conceptual) The average time it takes users to successfully fill out and submit your form. Currently, Formora does not display this metric.
