Our Subscription Tiers: Free, Basic, and Pro
We offer three primary plans. Please refer to our official Pricing Page for the most current pricing details, especially if viewing annual discount options.
All plans include unlimited responses captured. Limitations on the Free plan apply to how many of those captured responses are visible per month.

Choosing the Right Plan
- Free Plan: Perfect for individuals and hobbyists starting with form creation. Get a feel for the platform, build your first form, and collect up to 1,000 responses visible per month.
- Basic Plan: Ideal for creators and small businesses needing more flexibility. Offers more forms, unlimited visible responses, basic integrations, the ability to remove Formora branding, and 1GB of file storage.
- Pro Plan: Designed for businesses and power users requiring advanced features. Get unlimited forms, custom domains, custom themes (CSS/JS), 5GB of file storage, and priority support.

Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription directly from your Formora dashboard.
Access Billing/Subscription Settings
Log in to your Formora account. Navigate to Settings, then find the “Billing” tab.
View Current Plan
This page will display your current subscription plan, its renewal date, and key features.
Upgrade or Downgrade
You’ll typically find options to “Change Plan”, “Upgrade”, or manage your subscription. Select the desired new plan.
- Upgrades: Usually take effect immediately after payment. Any prorated amount from your current plan may be credited.
- Downgrades: Typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Confirm Changes
Follow the prompts to confirm your new plan selection and complete any necessary payment information updates.
Billing Information
- Billing Cycles: Formora offers both monthly and annual billing cycles. Annual plans typically offer a discount.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). Secure payment processing is handled by our payment partner (e.g., Stripe).
- Invoices: You can usually access and download your past invoices from the billing section of your account settings.
- Updating Payment Method: If your credit card expires or you need to change your payment details, you can do so in the billing section.
Ensure your payment information is always up to date to avoid service interruptions. Failed payments may result in your account being downgraded or suspended.
Trial Periods (If Applicable)
Some paid plans might offer a free trial period.
- During the trial, you’ll have access to the features of that plan.
- You may need to enter payment details to start a trial, but you won’t be charged until the trial period ends.
- You can typically cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
