Profile & Preferences
Manage your Formora user profile, including personal information, password, email preferences, and interface settings.
Your Formora profile is where you manage your personal information, security settings, and preferences for how you interact with the platform. Keeping your profile up-to-date ensures smooth communication and a personalized experience.
Accessing Your Profile Settings
- Log In: Ensure you are logged into your Formora account.
- Navigate to Profile: Click on your avatar or name in the top-right corner of the Formora dashboard.
- Select “Profile”, “Account Settings”, or a similarly named option from the dropdown menu.
This will take you to your main account settings page, where you can manage various aspects of your profile.
Managing Your Personal Information
On the profile settings page, you can typically update:
- Full Name: The name associated with your account.
- Email Address: Your primary email address for login, notifications, and communication. Changing this may require verification of the new email address.
- Avatar/Profile Picture (Optional): Upload or change your profile picture.
Make sure to click “Save Changes” after making any modifications.
Password Management
Security is paramount. You can change your Formora password from your profile settings:
- Navigate to the “Security” tab or section within your profile settings.
- Look for the “Change Password” option.
- You’ll typically need to enter your current password and then your new password (confirming it once more).
- Click “Update Password” or “Save”.
Use a strong, unique password for your Formora account. Consider using a password manager.
Email Notification Preferences
Formora allows you to control which email notifications you receive:
- Location: Look for a “Notifications” tab or section within your account settings.
- Common Options: You can usually toggle preferences for:
- New Form Submission Alerts: Emails when one of your forms gets a new response (you might have granular control per form elsewhere).
- Platform Updates & Announcements: News about new Formora features, improvements, or important service announcements.
- Billing & Subscription Notifications: Emails related to your plan, payments, or invoices.
- Digest Emails: Summaries of account activity.

Interface Preferences (If Available)
Some platforms allow users to customize aspects of the user interface:
- Theme: Choose between a light or dark theme for the Formora dashboard.
- Density: Adjust the display density of lists and tables (e.g., compact, comfortable).
These settings, if available, would also be located within your profile or account preferences.
Managing Your Subscription and Billing
While general profile settings are here, managing your subscription plan, viewing invoices, or updating payment methods is typically handled in a dedicated “Billing” or “Subscription” section.
